  • What is Sigma Ghana?

    Sigma Ghana is a subsidiary of Sigma specialized in the manufacturing of LPG Cylinders. We offer a wide range of products across multiple categories including LPG Cylinders, home appliances, air conditioners and much more. 


  • Where are your showrooms located?

    We look forward to welcoming you in our showrooms in Accra and Kumasi. You can find below Sigma Ghana’s locations:


    Accra showroom: Plot number 24, near Winners chapel, North industrial area. 


    Accra shop: GA-183-8984, Pagan Road, opposite Opera Car Park.


    Kumasi showroom: M9JP+97M Kumasi, Ghana, near Abinkyi Market.


    Takoradi showroom: Ashanti, Road 13/1, near Cape Coast Station. 


  • What are your opening hours?

    Our showrooms in Accra, Kumassi and Takoradi and shop in Accra are open on weekdays from 8 AM till 5 PM and on Saturdays from 8 AM till 2 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

  • Do you deliver?

    • Accra showroom (North Industrial area):  delivery of goods for large quantities is negotiated with management. Delivery is not made for single purchases.
    • Accra Retail shop doesn’t do delivery and its cash and carry basis.

  • How long does it take for standard delivery?

    Same day of purchase or next day. 

  • Will Sigma install my purchased appliances and products?

    We can offer an external professional technician for the installation of Air Conditionners with an extra fee.

  • What is your return policy?

    We are committed to providing our customers with products of the highest quality. 

    If you find that the item you have purchased from us has a manufacturer defect, you have the option of returning it to us within 3 business days from the order purchase date to return it back for an exchange. 

    The item should be unused, in its original packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories. 

  • What if I received a wrong item?

    In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return it in the same condition you received it and in the original box and/or packaging intact.

    The delivery and return shipping fees are covered by Sigma only if the return request is made within 3 days from the delivery date. If the return request is approved outside the specified time frame of 3 days from receiving your order, you will be responsible for the delivery and return shipping fees and manufacturer warranty conditions will apply.

    You may also visit any of our stores and make a return and in this case, there will be no return shipping fees


  • What are the return conditions?

    - Returns requests should be made within 3 days
    from the order received date. 

    - Items should not be used or damaged and should
    be returned in the same condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging intact. 

    - No missing item from the package received including labels, price tags, original packaging
    accessories, manuals, cables, and all other freebies or items originally included with the products. 

    - Items should not be tampered, customized, or altered in any way and should not have missing or unreadable serial number labels, manufacturers models or part number labels, and/or warranty labels. 

    - Defective items covered under warranty cannot
    be refunded. They can be fixed or replaced. 

  • Do you offer warranties?

    We offer a 1 year warranty for all our air conditionners only.
